The property is located in a prime location in Nigdi and about 500 meters from the main old Pune-Mumbai highway. The property is new and has all modern facilities with many hospitals, offices, stores, and banks located in its vicinity. The location of Malhaar Regency makes it an ideal place for business travellers, families, and solo travellers.

Finding the property is also not a difficult task as its located in a prime location on the main road and can be easily noticed. Although Google Maps does its job in guiding you to the hotel.

The exterior of the property looks elegant, with everything lit up. The lobby is minimalistic, with a seating facility and good open interiors. Treebo Malhaar Regency is equipped with a total of 14 rooms categorized into Acacia and Oak.

Acacia ( Single ), Number of Rooms: 2. Suits the best for Solo travellers.

Oak(Standard ), Number of Rooms: 12. These rooms also come with an attached balcony having a great overview of the busy main road.

Every room has a whole set of cosy beds and is well-appointed with air conditioning, a cosy bed, wardrobe, study table, flat-screen television and an electric kettle with multiple options to make tea or coffee of your choice. The beds are spacious, comfortable and cosy.  The bathroom is quite big, with good fittings, exhaust fans, Treebo toiletries and a hot water facility. Guests have complimentary access to Wi-Fi and Buffet breakfast.

The staff of the property makes sure that your stay is pleasant. They are welcoming and take very good care.

The hotel’s in-house restaurant serves North Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisine in both non-vegetarian and vegetarian options. Guests can also order in-room service, which is served well in the room by the extremely friendly staff.

The complimentary breakfast buffet is located in the in-house restaurant itself. The buffet had not many options but was decent enough, which included Misal Pav, Idli Chutney, Sheera, Cornflakes, Diced fruits, and Egg station, which served omelettes and scrambled eggs. Beverages included Tea, Coffee and Strawberry Milkshake.

Treebo Malhaar Regency is a budget hotel with affordable pricing. Offers a comfortable stay in a decent place. The place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Nigdi, Pimpri Chinchwad Area.

Cons:

As the property is located in a prime location. It does not come with a facility for parking for both two and four-wheelers. Although the staff helps in finding out the place to park and assures to be safe. This could be the only drawback.
